| Memberships are sharable. Account owner must give written consent for who is sharing with them. Pick your price level and Tier. Gold T2 will get 12 total vouchers and they can be used however you choose in that tier or below. Example: 3 ozone, 4 pemf, 5 foot bath = 12 services. Or 3 ozone, 8 pemf, 1 H-wave. Once the 12 are gone more can be purchased at 50% off. Gold and up get FREE Normatec, Oxygen, massage chair and celluma. FREE sessions don't count toward the total services used for the month. Memberships are a 2 month commitment. You can switch between levels, however there needs to be a 5 day notice before the billing date. |
